RETURN POLICY
Thank you for visiting our online store. If you would like to return or exchange the purchased product, please familiarize yourself with our "Product Return Policy". This policy applies to all products we sell.

Return terms and conditions:
The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The item must be unused, in original condition and with all accompanying documents and packaging.
Shipping and receipt of the returned item must be recorded and secured to prevent possible loss or damage.

• Children's magnetic boards must be unused. Magnetic boards the protective film must not be torn off, and the known magnetic board cannot be pasted on the wall. The surface of the magnetic board must be undamaged. We include a magnetic scrap in the kit, which we recommend to test before gluing the magnetic board. If you don't like the product after trying the magnetic chip, you can return it within 14 days.

• Planners and educational boards with a magnetic base. When the sets include a magnetic base, we put a magnetic scrap in the package, which you can test before gluing the magnetic base. Therefore, only unused goods can be returned, i.e.  the protective film must not be torn off, not glued, not scratched. Planners and educational boards must also be in their original condition.

Return procedure:
Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to inform them of your wish to return the item.
We will provide you with detailed information and instructions regarding the return process.
When returning an item, please provide us with the shipping tracking number and other relevant information.

Consequences of return:
After receiving the returned item, we will check its condition.
If the item qualifies for a return, we will process the return to your payment source within 5 business days.
Please note that administrative or shipping charges may apply during the return process.
Goods purchased with a discount or a promotion can be returned only according to the terms of the promotion.

Delivery by international courier usually takes 7-14 working days from the moment of the order.
